2. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

We process your personal data in the following cases:

  • Registration and participation in the webinar – ensuring access, sending links, organisational communication.
    Legal basis: legitimate interest (provision of the service you requested).
  • Sending information about further webinars and similar activities – if you have registered for a webinar, we may send you invitations to similar events via e-mail.
    Legal basis: legitimate interest pursuant to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. (so-called soft opt-in).
    You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the e-mail or by replying to the message.
  • Sending a newsletter based on explicit consent – if you provide it to us in a separate form.
    Legal basis: consent.

You provide your data voluntarily. However, if you do not provide it, we will not be able to send you access to the webinar.


3. Scope of Processed Data

We only process the data you provided during registration:

  • first name and surname,
  • e-mail address,
  • optionally a telephone number (if you provide it voluntarily).

We use this data only for the purposes of communication and organisation of webinars.


4. Recipients of Personal Data

We may transfer your personal data to:

  • providers of technologies that ensure the broadcasting of webinars (e.g., Zoom Video Communications, Inc.),
  • providers of e-mail marketing (e.g., Ecomail, Mailchimp, etc.),
  • our accountants or IT suppliers, if required by the operation of the system.

All processors have a contractual guarantee of data protection and comply with GDPR.
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU unless an adequate level of protection is ensured (e.g., the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).


5. Retention Period

We store personal data:

  • for a period of 3 years from the last registration for a webinar or opening of a newsletter,
  • or until you withdraw your consent / unsubscribe.

After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.


6. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it,
  • request the correction or completion of inaccurate data,
  • request the deletion of data ("to be forgotten"),
  • request a restriction on processing,
  • raise an objection to processing based on legitimate interest (e.g., against marketing),
  • withdraw your consent, if it was granted,
  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

7. Security Principles

We process your personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse of data.
Only persons who strictly need the data to perform their work have access to it.


8. Final Provisions

The current version of these principles is always available on the website www.MilanSchirlo.cz.
We may update the principles from time to time; we will inform you of significant changes by e-mail.
