I am a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a lecturer and a publicist

Not only as a therapist, but also as a lecturer and guide. The experience I have gathered on my journey, I now pass on. To patients, students, and those who have discovered a deeper meaning in Chinese medicine and wish to understand it better.

Among my favourite topics are, of course, medicinal mushrooms – partly because I am the founder of the company MycoMedica.cz. However, I also enjoy lecturing on the philosophy of Chinese medicine and on Chinese herbs.

When I teach, I draw from real-life stories. I believe that the personal experience of others can resonate more than even the best theory. It shows that we are never truly alone on our journey. That suffering and hope are shared and that help exists – and sometimes it comes in the form of a story that opens the heart and brings understanding. Teaching then becomes not just a transfer of information, but a true passing on of experience that heals not only the body, but the soul as well.

I tell everyone who is willing to listen: "You must learn your whole life." Learn to listen – to yourself, to your body, to nature, to people, and to the world around you. For that is where wisdom, order, and truth reside.

I value the trust people place in me and I strive never to disappoint it. The foundation of my work is time, attention and empathy. I believe that this is where true healing lies.

I help people win their daily small battles – sometimes it is about pain, other times about exhaustion, or mental balance. I show the way and suggest options, but I never dictate. I do not recommend anything that I have not experienced myself or that has not been verified by centuries of experience.

Health is not an immutable state. Every day, health and illness flow within us like Yin and Yang. But one thing remains stable – clear thinking, mental balance and inner harmony. And that is exactly what we are trying to get closer to together.

I trust her because she gave me experience – with people who have recovered, found inner strength and started to trust in life again.

Knowledge of the effects of vital mushrooms and herbs, acupuncture and dietetics allows me to seek solutions for those struggling with various health issues. In doing so, I always consider the whole – the person and their relationship to their surroundings, emotions, the season and nutrition. Nothing in human life exists in isolation – everything influences and transforms everything else, like Yin and Yang and Yang in Yin.

However, helping does not just mean healing. Together with my team, I manage the MycoMedica pomáhá Endowment Fund, which supports people in difficult life situations – in illness, loneliness or material hardship. We believe that when we are given much, we also have a responsibility to give. Not as benefactors, but as stewards of something that can help through us where it is needed.

I believe in the power of nature, in the wisdom of the ages and in the humility with which one must approach healing. This is the essence of true medicine for me – the kind that is not just knowledge, but also a journey. And I want to share that journey with those who wish to walk it.
