Terms and Conditions for Participation in Free Webinars

1) General Provisions

These general terms and conditions apply to registration for and participation in free webinars organised via the website www.MilanSchirlo.cz.
The organiser is Milan Schirlo s.r.o., which provides the technical, organisational and communication aspects of the webinars for Milan Schirlo, who acts as the lecturer.

A participant may be an individual or a legal entity that has registered for the webinar via the form on the website. By submitting the registration, the participant confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agrees to them.

2) Registration and Participation

The subject of the service is the provision of free access to online educational programmes – webinars – via the ZOOM application or another communication tool.
After registration, the participant will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail, followed by a link with access to the webinar.

The participant is obliged to provide truthful and current data during registration, in particular a functional e-mail address to which access information will be sent.

The organiser reserves the right to change the date, content or cancel the webinar, even without prior notice. The participant will be informed of any changes by e-mail.

3) Access Security and Copyright

The access details received by the participant are intended exclusively for their personal use.
Any transfer of links, access details or webinar recordings to third parties without the organiser's consent is prohibited.

The content of the webinars, presentations, materials and recordings are subject to copyright.
Any copying, recording, distribution or other use without the prior written consent of the author is prohibited. Breach of these terms may be grounds for excluding the participant from future webinars and claiming potential damages.

4) Liability

The organiser is not responsible for technical problems on the participant's side (e.g. slow internet connection, non-functional microphone, camera, etc.).
In the event of a technical failure on the organiser's side, they will attempt to provide an alternative date or make a recording available, if one is available.

Participation in the webinar is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
Information shared during the webinar does not serve as a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic or other expert advice. The purpose of the webinars is exclusively education and personal development.

5) Protection of Personal Data

All personal data of participants is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) regulation and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.
The controller of personal data is Milan Schirlo s.r.o.

Data is processed solely for the purposes of organising the webinar, sending access information and any related information.
The e-mail address may be used to send information about similar webinars or activities. You can cancel this subscription at any time by simply clicking on the link in the e-mail or by replying to the message.

6) Final Provisions

The organiser reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The current version is always published on the website www.MilanSchirlo.cz and is valid from the moment of publication for new registrations.
