Peaches are a source of a wide range of minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium, iron, magnesium, and vitamins such as provitamin A, vitamin C, and B3.

They have a mild laxative effect and, thanks to their juice, are also easily digestible. They strengthen connective tissues, blood vessels, the heart, and blood circulation, promote drainage, and increase resistance to stress. They lower blood pressure and are suitable for constipation and painful menstruation.

They have a sweet and sour taste and a warm nature. They enter the meridians of the intestines and stomach. They generate fluids, moisten the intestines, and nourish the blood.
