It is a very tender and easily digestible meat suitable for children and dietary nutrition. It was not consumed much in history either, because domestic animals were raised for products other than meat, and young animals were not commonly slaughtered.

It contains only about 6% fat and 19% protein. In our country, this meat is expensive, but for dietary nutrition and for children, it is also suitable in the form of a delicate strengthening broth, which you can supplement with a small amount of veal.

It has a sweet taste, a warm nature, and enters the spleen, stomach, and kidneys.
