Use of the formula according to Traditional Chinese Medicine:

  • replenishes all components of the organism: Qi, blood, yin, yang, life essence
  • moves blood and Qi
  • replenishes the heart, spleen and kidneys
  • strengthens tendons and bones
  • harmonises sexual functions

Description:

The mixture is used mainly for its overall tonic effect with special regard to preserving life force in the most important organs: the heart, as our emperor, which not only enables our physical life but also governs our psyche – it is the seat of the Shen soul, which represents our personality and also allows us to interact with the surrounding world. The spleen, or the digestion complex, is a factory for all vital substances and thus enables the nourishment of the whole body. At the same time, it is also the centre of immunity. The kidneys are the root of immunity, but above all, they are a reservoir for our life essence Jing, as well as the place from which the ministerial fire, Ming Men – the shining gate, warms our whole body so that it functions correctly. When these organs function correctly, everything flows and is sufficiently nourished, and a person is healthy. Old age is a period when the levels of Qi and blood decrease and the life essence is depleted. Stagnation and blockages arise in the body. Therefore, mixtures such as Huan Shao Dan – Elixir for the Restoration of Youth also have anti-ageing effects, i.e., they act against ageing.

When you supplement its use by following the basic methods for "cultivating life" – Yang Sheng Fa, which represent 2,500 years of experience, knowledge and wisdom about "cultivating life", thereby leading to health and longevity, success is guaranteed.

Peter Deadman, a famous British therapist and lecturer, wrote an entire book about Yang Sheng Fa (Live Well, Live Long). Here are the recommendations he emphasises:

  • Every day, practise something that cultivates your peacefulness, awareness of the present, a deeper relationship with your true self, and be grateful for what you have (including your own life).
  • Most of us should eat less. After every meal, you should feel a little hungry. This approach is proving to be a simple and most effective way to limit the diseases of ageing and prevent premature death.
  • Do not eat late at night and do not go to sleep with a full stomach.
  • Do not eat if you are angry or upset. You should eat calmly, slowly and sitting down.
  • Move as much as possible – walk a lot, fall in love with stairs, physical work, hiking, swimming, dancing, etc.
  • If you have the time and opportunity, engage in one of the amazing Asian body, breath and mind exercises, such as qi gong, tai chi or yoga.
  • Do not forget the healing power of sleep. Your body needs enough time to regenerate.
  • Take care of relationships, friendships, look after your family, social relationships, enjoy nature, music and art.
