Use of the formula according to Traditional Chinese Medicine:

  • tonifies the kidneys in all aspects
  • benefits and prevents the leakage of vital Jing essence
  • strengthens kidney yang
  • nourishes blood and yin
  • benefits the eyes

Description:

A classic 16th-century formula used for men with a deficiency of kidney Qi, yang, and vital Jing essence, which is energetically stored in the kidneys. This often causes general weakness, increased fatigue, sexual dysfunction, or even impotence. Premature ejaculation or post-micturition dribbling may occur. Male infertility is a common problem (in approximately 40% of cases, the cause of couple infertility lies with the man). Sperm analysis may reveal various pathologies, ranging from a low sperm count to motility disorders and morphological changes (shape, size, etc.). In cases of infertility, the formula has the ability to support problems arising from both a deficiency of Jing essence and a weakness of yang (which is also reflected in its Chinese name – Five Seeds for Increasing Quantity/Family). Men with this pattern often also experience weakness and aching in the lower back and knees.

The formula can also be used as a general tonic – to support vital energy in older men, for chronic prostatitis with kidney deficiency, or for chronic kidney diseases.

The sovereign herbs in the formula are Goji and Dodder seed, which together support all aspects of the kidneys: their yang, yin, and Jing essence. Other herbs further support this effect. Four of the five seeds also have a positive effect on vision.

It is therefore an excellent formula that supports male strength and vitality in all aspects, which is why we can also classify it as an anti-aging formula. For effective results, we recommend long-term use.
