Use of the formula according to Traditional Chinese Medicine:

  • strengthens the kidneys in all components – yang, yin and Jing essence
  • strengthens bones and tendons
  • replenishes and moves blood
  • unblocks meridians and collaterals

Description:

A modern 20th-century formula focused on supporting musculoskeletal tissues, especially bones, but also tendons. A disease that troubles patients, especially older women, is osteoporosis. It is popularly known as "bone thinning". And indeed – bone microstructures degenerate and bone density decreases. In the beginning, the disease may not have any obvious symptoms, but the risk of fractures increases significantly. A slightly increased load on a bone or a wrong movement is enough – and the bone breaks. When the disease is more significant, it also starts to hurt. Unpleasant back pain and pain in various other locations become a daily reality. The spine seems to "collapse", and compression fractures of the vertebrae can also occur. A woman "shrinks" and the spine and the entire figure become deformed; a hump may appear. Usually, it is not enough to just increase calcium intake in the diet or supplement vitamin D; sufficient exercise is also important. A woman should also be monitored and the state of her bones carefully tracked.

According to Chinese medicine, the kidneys are responsible for the quality of bones, and because bones are hard – primarily their yang (which is why six out of ten herbs in the formula have the ability to replenish it). But bones do not just need to be strong, they also need to be flexible. Nutrition plays an important role here – the yin component of the kidneys. This consists of kidney yin and the life essence Jing, the quality of which has, for example, a fundamental influence on our fertility and lifespan (in our formula, it is supported by herbs that replenish blood, yin and the essence itself). Strong kidneys then provide the bones with enough nutrients.

However, with age, the level of essence and other components begins to gradually weaken. As it decreases, the bones also weaken. Therefore, if we want to have strong bones, the kidneys must be strengthened long-term. In the countries of the Far East, this approach is firmly anchored in the culture, and after the age of 40, practically everyone who cares about their health uses herbs to support the kidneys. Chinese medicine says that there is a narrow path leading to the kidneys. Therefore, it is enough for us to administer even lower doses of herbs, which are, however, administered in the correct ratio and long-term. The treatment is safe and carries no side effects. And most importantly, you will be able to run and play sports with your grandchildren for many years without fear of injury…

Notes:

Because this formula primarily supports yang, it is good to alternate it with a formula that replenishes yin more. Usually, a three-month scheme is chosen: 1st month yin, 2nd month yang, 3rd month break – and from the beginning…
